Start Strategy

I was thinking of a good way to level up and optimize the Crafting at same time.

Because if you have no ttried to craft in game yet, you should know that :
- You unlock craft shematics based on your Fight level & Craft skill.
- What you craft basic is already better than what you loot at this same level.

So it s great to craft and level up your fighter class at same time so you have a great gear.

So basically, i think it can be good to level up 2 professions at same time, and equip both what they craft.

Also :

As far as the crafting Reverse Engineering system works like a pyramid.
Rarest shematics (Found by RE Rare shematics)
Rare Shematics (Found by RE Very Uncommon shematics)
Very Uncommon Shematics (Found by RE Uncommon Shematics)
Uncommon Shematics (Found by RE Common Shematics)
Common Shematics (Trainer seller)

I guess its good to have only one Crafter per Crafting profession, to avoid to double the loss of stuff (you could actually sell) made by REing.

Now this system may change and some data mentionned here may have been modified since.

Reverse Engineering :

You need to have one or more items you have crafted in your inventory.
Above your inventory Window is located a small box called "RE".
If you check this box, a filter will show you which item can be Reverse Engineered.
Right clic this item to perform the RE.
This process destroy the item.
You will receive a small part of the component that was used to craft it.
You have a small chance to learn a new schematic, this appear by a System generated message.
You can check this new shematic by opening your Crafting skillcrew window.
They appear with a different color (to indicate its more rare)

Those shematics needs more rare components.
Most comes from the Mission crewskill.
Check the Mission possible reward, can be rare metals, rare cloths...
